In the Puelo River surroundings, forests of Coihue and ancient Alerce trees rise, true witnesses to the evolution of nature.

In homage to these "old forests," we have created a blend that captures the essence of experience and new energies, with the aim of achieving a cup of excellence born from deep respect for every process. This approach enhances the value of an exceptional specialty coffee.

To develop this blend, two independent roasts were performed to a City profile (medium roast), applied to selected origins from Colombia and Costa Rica. This methodology highlights the particular characteristics of each origin before blending.

The resulting sensory profile presents moderate acidity, a medium body with a juicy texture, and a balanced sweetness with predominant notes of toasted almond. Aromas of nuts and chocolate are perceived on the nose and palate with a molasses aftertaste, offering a clean, balanced, and excellently defined cup.

Coffee can have different origins, as it is produced in various places around the world, each with its own identity. As a coffee workshop, at Puelo Coffee Roasters we respect the philosophy of each bean, the love for the processes, and the time involved. That is why we wanted to create a tribute to specialty coffee, taking care to carefully select a bean that represents the best expression of its origin.

To achieve the maximum expression of each origin, we perform several cuppings (tastings) of award-winning farms that today represent the image of quality of each country. Therefore, we roast it to City Plus (Medium) to achieve the cup of excellence.
