When do I get my coffee?

Once your subscription or purchase payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your coffee immediately. We want to ensure that the freshness of the roast is maintained from our roaster to your cup.

Do you ship to regions and how long does it take?

We ship throughout Chile. We deliver to all regions of the country so that no one misses out on their specialty coffee. Please note that, although we process your order immediately, shipments to regions usually take a little longer than deliveries within the Metropolitan Region due to transportation logistics.

Do I have free shipping on my order?

Yes! We offer free shipping for purchases over $50,000. It is important to note that this benefit applies to our selection of coffee and accessories, but it is not included in all products of the Puelo by De’Longhi line. At the time of your payment, the system will automatically calculate if your order qualifies for this benefit.

What if I want to adjust my plan in terms of quantity or frequency?

We adapt to you! You can change your plan at any time if you need to increase the amount of coffee or receive it more frequently. You just have to contact us and we will adjust your subscription so that you always have the bean selected with the greatest dedication, exactly when you need it.

What are the payment methods?

For any order on our website, payment is securely processed through Venti. In the case of subscriptions, you will be automatically enrolled in the platform; this way, the system will process the payment every month through the same method so you don't have to worry about anything and your coffee never runs out.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does the monthly subscription work?

You choose your plan (from 2 bags of 250g), select the grind based on your coffee maker, and we make sure specialty coffee arrives fresh at your door every month. The day you sign up is set as your automatic payment and dispatch date.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes, you have complete control. You can pause, activate, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also write to us if you need to adjust the amount of coffee or change the delivery frequency (monthly or bi-weekly), and we will adapt it to your consumption rate.

What is the difference between individual and family plans?

Our 250g plans (Origins and Blends) are designed for those who love exploring varieties and having their coffee every day. The 1 kg format (Blends Vida Lodge and Martín Pescador) is designed for large-scale consumption, ideal for offices or homes where coffee never stops flowing.
