In the vicinity of the Puelo River, forests of Colhue and ancient Larches stand tall, true witnesses to the evolution of nature.

In homage to these "old forests," we have created a blend that captures the essence of experience and new energies, with the aim of achieving a cup of excellence born from a deep respect for each process. This approach enhances the value of an exceptional specialty coffee.

This blend represents our hallmark of quality and specialty.

For this blend, we use a careful selection of specialty coffee beans: 50% from Colombia and 50% from Costa Rica. The combination of both origins brings to life Bosque Viejo, a coffee with a subtle, fruity, and naturally sweet character.

This is a blend with equal proportions from both origins, resulting in a cup with excellent balance and great consistency. This profile has been developed with versatility in mind: it is suitable for all extraction methods, from drip filters to espresso machines, with the goal of always achieving an excellent quality cup, regardless of the technique used.

The resulting sensory profile presents moderate acidity, a medium and juicy body, and a balanced sweetness with predominant notes of toasted almond. On the nose and palate, aromas of nut and chocolate are perceived, with a molasses aftertaste, offering a clean, balanced, and excellently defined cup.
