Puelo Café was born in 2019 under the concept of creating a neighborhood and specialty coffee shop with ecological and sustainable values, inspired by the Puelo River, seeking to reflect a southern, cozy atmosphere, as well as organic, fresh, and top-quality products.
WE FOCUS ON SPECIALTY COFFEE
For us, it's more of a movement than a product. Specialty Coffee is the philosophy of how to treat coffee throughout its entire process, from harvesting the bean to a cup.
That's why in 2023 we decided to form our own roastery, seeking to be the leading exponents in the local specialty industry, adding greater value to our brand and maintaining our hallmark of product and service quality.
