How and when is my subscription charged?
By subscribing, your data is securely registered in our system. Billing will occur automatically each month on the same date you made your first purchase. Once payment is processed, we will prepare your coffee and send it directly to your home.
Can I make changes to my subscription or pause it?
Absolutely! We want your plan to adapt to your pace. If you need to change the grind type or amount of coffee, just write to us and we'll take care of updating it for you.
Now, if you need to pause or reactivate your deliveries because you're traveling or still have coffee, you can do so yourself at any time by logging directly into your profile.
What is Club Puelo and what benefits do I get from subscribing?
By subscribing, you automatically join the Puelo Club, meaning you enjoy a 20% discount on our website and stores, receive freshly roasted coffee, and free shipping (depending on the plan you choose).
These benefits are exclusive to active subscribers; if you decide to cancel your subscription, you will no longer be part of the Club and will lose access to these privileges.
