FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is specialty coffee?
It is a quality standard, where each bean was manually selected. It is characterized by:
- No defects
- Good flavor development
- Appropriate roasting for each type of coffee
- Known origin (cultivation time, coffee species, among others)
Is it necessary to adjust the grind according to the brewing method?
Yes. Each method requires a specific grind thickness due to differences in filter systems. If you use too fine a grind in a mesh filter method, the sediment will pass into the cup, leaving grounds in your drink.
What do the flavor notes refer to?
The flavor notes of our coffee are naturally occurring aromatic attributes. These are developed through meticulous cultivation and a roasting process designed to highlight the identity of each bean.
How should it be stored?
To preserve its quality, it should be stored in an airtight container and kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
