We are inspired by the life of the Chinook salmon, which are born in our rivers and migrate to the oceans in their youth to mature and develop. However, after a couple of years, they return to reproduce in the place where they were born, swimming against the current through freshwater rivers until they find their origin and begin a new life cycle.

Its notes highlight the sweetness of honey and the freshness of a ripe lemon.

For this blend, we use 50% beans from Colombia and 50% beans from Guatemala. The combination of these beans creates our Contra Corriente, a more subtle, fruity, and sweet coffee. It excels in long extraction brewing methods such as V60, Kalita, or French press, but offers surprising intensity in espressos and Moka pots.

The result is a cup with vibrant acidity, silky body, aromatic notes of fresh fruit, and honey-like sweetness. This makes it popular among coffee lovers seeking a more complex blend with bright acidity.
