10-count Capsules Old Forest Specialty Coffee Blend

This blend represents our hallmark of quality and specialty.

For this blend, we use a careful selection of specialty coffee beans: 50% from Colombia and 50% from Costa Rica. The combination of both origins brings to life Bosque Viejo, a coffee with a subtle, fruity, and naturally sweet character.

This is a blend with equal proportions from both origins, resulting in a cup with excellent balance and great consistency. This profile has been developed with versatility in mind: it is suitable for all extraction methods, from drip filters to espresso machines, with the goal of always achieving a cup of excellent quality, regardless of the technique used.

The resulting sensory profile presents moderate acidity, a medium and juicy body, and a balanced sweetness with predominant notes of toasted almond. On the nose and palate, aromas of nuts and chocolate are perceived with a molasses aftertaste, offering a clean, balanced cup with excellent definition.
