Inspired by the environment of Río Puelo, where time seems to stand still, days feel longer, and everything flows at its own pace, this roast variety is born, inspired by the most emblematic bird of the area: The Kingfisher.

Its notes highlight the freshness of a caramel in its candied nut.

This blend represents our seal of quality and specialty.

For this blend, we use 50% beans from Peru, 25% from Colombia, and 25% from Guatemala. The combination of these beans results in our Martín Pescador, a versatile coffee that offers a balanced cup, excelling in any brewing method, with notes of nuts, sugar cane, and toasted sugar.

The result is a cup with great mouthfeel, balanced, with abundant sweetness, and a medium body, making it popular among coffee lovers.
